Refund and Return Policy

Lubrco stands behind its products 100%. Due to the nature of our products, Lubrco does not offer returns or refunds on any opened products or products that have been partially used, or tampered with. Products that are damaged will be reviewed on a case by case basis, with ever effort being made to satify the end user. Time: All returns will be reviewed and processed within 30 days.
Method: All approved refunds will be issued in the same manner they were processed.
Charges: Standard shipping charges will be assessed on any returns abovle a $50.00 value, with restocking fees assessed per case.

Depending on the communication method most appropriate to the situation, Lubrco will be proactive in problem resolution by agency contact through portal, email or phone. All feedback and complaints will be directed to the Customer Service Officer and Senior Management of Customer Experience. Complaints will be addressed according to complaint policy and procedures already established by The Company.
